Fallen Leaf was founded by Ash Hill. Armed with a passion for holistic wellness and a degree in Classical Herbal Medicine, Ash embarked on a quest to bring the healing powers of nature into everyday life.
The journey into the world of herbal teas began 20 years ago. From a young age, Ash was enchanted by the ancient wisdom of herbs and their power to heal, nourish, and comfort.
Now under the care of mum and cafe owner Hannah Setchell, Fallen Leaf begins a new chapter. Hannah had always loved the teas and served them in her own cafes. So, when the chance arose to buy the business, she simply had to take it. With gratitude and pride Hannah will continue the joyful art of blending premium Organic herbs, spices and tea's that is Fallen Leaf.
