Cocktail Candy was created in 2020 by the husband-and-wife team, Brett and Sam who both love drinking gin.
Based on the Gold Coast, the humid climate meant that meant their beloved fresh citrus garnishes were browning and turning bad before they had the chance to use them.
And so they devised a better way.
After purchasing a commercial dehydrator, their home garnish production business was born and soon grew to supplying family and friends. They are now happily slicing and drying fruit for customers all across the country!
With a background in hospitality (Brett's a former bartender and publican), they understand the importance of the WOW factor! Their philosophy is to offer likeminded cocktail connoisseurs, caterers, and hospo professionals an easy, hassle-free, and affordable way to enjoy their passion and spruce up their creations with very little effort.
Cocktail Candy are passionate supporters of local right across the Gold Coast and also appreciate craft spirits from across the country.
