The idea for Little Cocoa came about when founder Alicia Chapman was living in Germany and discovered a small bean-to-bar chocolate shop that focused on education, sustainability and supporting small-time cocoa farmers.
A passionate chocolatier and a pastry chef by trade, Alicia had worked in restaurants, high-end event spaces and catering large weddings and corporate events and saw a gap in the market for quality, bespoke and customised chocolates on the Gold Coast.
And so little Cocoa was born.
Alicia’s mission is simple – to create the most delicious, bespoke chocolate using only the finest quality ingredients made with love to be enjoyed by all.
She is passionate about female entrepreneurship, ethical and sustainable business practices and of course the craft of fine chocolate making.
